Giving back to the community...
Hello friends and fans!
Hope everyone is of to a good start this New Year. Here in Phoenix everything is running pretty smoothly. This past weekend The Diamond Girlz Physique team gave back to the community by volunteering in a local marathon. NOOOO, we weren’t running the marathon! The annual marathon, “A Run to Remember” started 3 years ago to support the fallen Phoenix Police officers. The Girlz and I assisted with registration and the timing of the runners. It’s good that we are all bulked up now. The temperature was 37º and we were working outside from 6:30 am for about 4 hours. (The blubber layers helped!) Nonetheless, we had a blast and there was a good turn out of participants. That’s it for now…

Just wanted to say hello. You guys look adorable! The picture looks like it was dark outside. That early in the morning huh? So these are some of your competitors? Its good to see a team of women work together for a good cause. What else are you upto before you start leanning down again? Best wishes to you and your gals!

Good to hear from you again. The girls in the first picture are some of my competitors. I have 5 more girls on the team. Im planning fund raisers next month to help cover some of the expences of our shows. To be honest I can't wait to lean down. I'm growing out of all my clothes. I'm 170 lbs. in this picture.
