Thanks bh. I've got more coming soon. I'ver been bulking up all winter. I've hit 163lbs as of yesterday. I'd like to put on at least another 5lbs of lean mass. I wont know just how much until I lean down. The Diamond Girls and I start leaning down in March and April. We should have some great before and after photots. Take care! Hope to hear from you soon.
